At ECO-WORTHY, we are committed to sustainable fashion and want you to love your eco-friendly pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all sustainable packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in the original biodegradable mailer and secure the pre-paid eco-shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Drop Off at Collection Point

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location or schedule a carbon-neutral pickup through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
